How to Install Bloxstrap?
Following are Prerequisites to install and configure Bloxstrap:

- NET 6.0 Desktop Runtime
- Roblox installed (Click here)
Step 1: Download Bloxstrap Official
- Visit our official Bloxstrap website and download the latest release.

Step 2: Install Bloxstrap
- Double-click the downloaded file.
- If prompted by Windows SmartScreen, click More Info → Run Anyway (Bloxstrap is open-source and safe).
- Follow the installer prompts (leave all settings default).
Step 3: Configure Settings
- Toggle Unlock FPS and set your desired cap (e.g., 144 or 240).
- Navigate to Appearance → Select Dark Mode or import a custom theme.
- Enable Auto-Flags or manually tweak settings under Advanced.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems, try these solutions before seeking further help. Most issues can be resolved quickly:
1. Installation Errors: Ensure you have the latest .NET 6.0 Desktop Runtime installed, as Bloxstrap requires it. If Windows SmartScreen blocks the installer, click More Info and select Run Anyway as this warning appears because Bloxstrap is an unsigned open-source application. For checksum verification, compare the downloaded file’s SHA-256 hash with our official release.
2. Roblox Crashes or Fails to Launch: First, disable FastFlags in Bloxstrap settings, as experimental flags can cause instability. If the issue persists, temporarily disable your antivirus (some may flag modded clients) or reinstall Roblox completely. Running Bloxstrap as an administrator (right-click → Run as Admin) may also resolve permission-related launch failures.
3. FPS Unlocker Not Working: Confirm your GPU drivers are updated, especially for NVIDIA or AMD users. In Bloxstrap, verify the FPS unlocker is enabled and set to your monitor’s refresh rate (e.g., 144, 240). If capped at 60 FPS, close background apps like Discord overlays or other FPS limiters.
4. Themes or Customization Not Applying: Check that Bloxstrap is updated to the latest version, as Roblox updates sometimes break compatibility. Reapply your theme and restart both Bloxstrap and Roblox. For custom splash screens, ensure image files are in the correct format (e.g., PNG) and under the recommended size (2MB).
5. Performance Issues: If Bloxstrap causes lag, reduce resource-heavy features like detailed splash screens or high FPS caps. Allocate more RAM via the settings menu if you have a capable system. Disabling unnecessary startup programs can also free up resources.
